We'll hear from Lorna Dudzik, an Assistant Professor at the Lewis University College of Nursing, as she shares her findings related to the efficacy of resuscitation quality improvement at St. Margaret’s Health – Peru (formerly known as Illinois Valley Community Hospital).

We will also hear from Ashley Freitag, an RQI administrator at St. Margaret’s Health – Peru, as she shares the hospital’s experience with how a small independent hospital competes in and around larger healthcare systems, CPR training challenges, and how the hospital staff embraced these changes.
